Got myself out and about, along the beach and up and down stairs. Feeling better after not get to do much extra activity outside of work. Haven’t been eating good, but still counting calories, my body hates me for it😥 need to get on a better path with what I’m eating. Good thing is I’m not a hungry anymore or snacking large amounts of bad food.😄
