Weighed at hospital. Glad the Easter weight has dropped off. I had a massive lifestyle change in terms that I no longer have an armchair so I have to lie in bed even if it's for part of the night. The rest of the time I sit on the sofa with my legs propped up. It's more painful and less comfy than an armchair but I suppose I am burning kcal every time I need to adjust my position. lol On other news, I've never experienced so much joint pain as lately and I blame the weather for that. It's hard to be optimistic when you are in constant pain but what other option does one have? ;-)
