Day 4
This morning I had a protein smoothie for b/fast, with choc protein powder, 1% milk, 0% strawberry yogourt, 1/2 c strawberries & 1/2 banana. Watched Zarah while Addison had her swimming lessons. Snack of 8 grape tomatoes from the Greenhouse in Redcliff. Lunch, 1 w grain bun, butter, lettuce, cucumber,6 grape tomatoes & a hard boiled egg.
