I am excited to start on this journey, but also scared. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I feel lethargic at least half the time that I'm awake...and I love my sleep. I want so badly for people to see the beautiful woman inside and I know sometimes people can't see past the exterior. I am blessed with the most amazing family and friends, so I have a support system in place. I also met someone special recently and I can tell he likes me for me, which is great. I just need to work on myself now...its time for me!

Keep focusing on one day at a time... it's not easy starting, but I've found that once you start this journey down becomes quite addictive! Regarding tiredness... you know you'll probably find that once your eating more healthily you will have more energy. I'm doing points, so still eat rubbish from time to time... but I have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels when I do eat decent food. I'm now a firm believer in that food has a huge impact on how we feel - if I eat rubbish, I feel rubbish... so it's made it so much easier for me to keep to the healthier options. Good luck to you and just keep remebering that you can do this! :o)

MoonLite is so right on with you are what you eat. I know when I eat crappy, I feel like that too. Just keep coming here and posting, you have our support too. :)

Good luck to you on this journey! I use to feel really crappy, but since I have started to eat healthier, I really have been feeling pretty good. I also seem to have a happier diposition about life in general. We can all support each other and get to our goals.

I know you feel tired all the time, I can vouch for that! I really think if you (with me) give up carbs and or sugars you will feel a BIG difference in your energy!!! If not b/c Atkins is not for everyone you and I going to the gym at least twice a week will help too!!!
