I had another crappy week. I did not watch what I ate at all. I fell back into some old habits and even drank about half a glass of Coke which I haven't had in months. I found out I have to have surgery this week so I had a I feel sorry for myself moment. No more because, today I set on the scale and I am making my way up. After all my hard work I am undoing everything I worked so hard for. No more. My recovery time after my surgery is about 10 weeks so I have to get myself fitter now so it will not make so much of an impact then. Although my exercise options are now limited I can still walk so that I will do. I am mostly writing this for my benefit to get me charged up. I hope who ever reads this will see that we all have our ups and downs and that is okay. Just make sure you realize you have the power to change.
