Just wrote much about Ern coming home tomorrow , but lost it. Then I wanted to say that I haven't weighed this little in probably 30 or more years. I want to be in the 240s by the end of the year. Shouldn't be a problem since it is less than 4 lbs. I can't remember ever being that low. In my early 20s, I weighed around 180 and have been gaining steadily ever since. I turn 70 in January and it will be great to have met at least one goal by then. It has been a year since I started writing everything down. I can't believe my dedication . I'm the ultimate "yo yo", so this is really a change. Ok, it's now after 3:00. Need sleep to pick up Ern . Take care all.
