Journaling my food for a few days just out of curiosity to see where I'm falling as far as overall calories. Its exciting though to really have a woe down that is FINALLY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE--allowing me to eat intuitively without journaling and not get fat! Thank you Keto, couldn't do it without you -- carbs just trigger my appetite and ketones make me a happy, calm satisfied person.

Non- scale victory moment-- I'm out of tight clothes to judge my progress so I grabbed my 23 year old's jacket to see how far away I was from being able to put it on and zip it up. It zipped up! Its tight but it zips! Wow. So I'll be looking forward to seeing that get loose. Crazy. We bought her that when she was 12 😳.
