Day 4 – Not so good. My presentation went really well yesterday – we had 500 people in the audience and got a lot of great feedback. Things went wrong later at a reception we threw for our customers – I had a scotch on the rocks (the first of many for the night) and the diet went out the window. To be fair – I did pretty well on carbs (still stuck to ‘approved’ foods) but my calories were way too high due to the alcohol consumed through-out the night: first at our customer reception, then at our team dinner, then at a partner party on the rooftop of the Mandalay Bay, and then at Lavo nightclub at 3am in the morning. Had a lot of fun though – and think it is good to let loose once and a while. Will get right back on track today.
