Thursday--took a rest day.
Course' later that evening we found all my old weights and bars in the garage so I brought them in the house, I cleaned them all, got them all set up and just had to play around with deadlifts and barbel curls and squats etc. So happy I found 25 pound plates for bridgework I can now do at home. Its been close to 20 years since I used that stuff on a daily basis.
