Day one of Atkins Induction. I think I might have overdid the lettuce. I didn't think one 'head' stalk of romaine was so many carbs? I kind of had more steak then I probably should have also, but it was so good. Hopefully I will be better tomorrow and the scales won't be up to much tomorrow morning.
