Session with trainer. Finally learned barbell deadlifts! Felt great. Stayed @ gym & worked:
Legs/ butt today: leg press, abduction machine, adduction machine, single calf raises, deadlifts 45 lb, quadriped hip extension on the weight bench with ankle weights, bridgework on the mat- 20lb,
ran out of time to do weighted squats and to finish floor workout ( no abs), but finished stretching.
