Back to work and back to scheduled meals today after a 5-day holiday weekend. I avoided eating any and all chocolate but I must admit I did over do it in the area of turkey consumption!!!! Brought my lunch today and supper is already prepared. As long as I stick to the plan - all will be well. :)
