I had several cheat days this last week and can tell I am paying for it. I try to stick to low carb but had Oktoberfest this last weekend. Took me rest of the week to lose the 2lbs I gained from that. I also tend to feel bloated after eating any significant carbs. I should be learning that those large carb meals are just not worth it if I feel bad for several days after.
