Feeling really depressed today. :( I was really hoping to see under 140 by now. I'm debating about leaving the low-carb diet since I'm not sure if it's giving me any more results and I miss carbs. Though, I think I will stay on a little longer 'cause I have a bunch of low-carb baking ingredients I haven't used yet.

Hopefully things will change...

Don't give up on Atkins, hon, it works!!! Just be sure you're actually doing it properly... On your profile it says that you're in the Induction phase, but in looking over your menu calendar, I'm seeing a lot of things that aren't allowed on Induction... Berries, nuts, tortillas, etc. aren't allowed until Phase 2 (Ongoing Weight Loss). You're also over your 20 grams of net carbs per day allowance, averaging between 10-15 grams per day over... Another thing I noticed is that you're getting on average between 1.5 to 2 times a day's worth of sodium in your diet every day! You are probably retaining a lot of water. Processed food are notorious for being diet killers, because of all the added "hidden" ingredients and TONS of salt. Instead of throwing in the towel just yet, I'd recommend visiting www.atkins.com and checking out the entire website for helpful information on how to go through each of the four phases. Also, if you don't have a copy of the New Atkins for a New You, head over to amazon and check out their New/Used supply -- you can usually pick up a copy of the book for less than $5. Atkins works. Just a few tweaks, and you WILL see those pounds and inches start melting away :)
