Again I have somewhat unexpected weightloss. Not complaining, just sort of baffled. It doesn't make sense that I should be losing weight, though I'll take it, happily too. Now I am in spitting distance of my first weight loss mini goal. :-D

Here is the latest update from my Omron fat loss monitor:

Weight- 165lb (the device only registers in half pounds)
Body fat- 29.2%
BMI- 27.9

Distance to overall goal
-35lb/ -12.2% body fat
