I havent checked to see how much I weigh yet. I will do that in the morning. I havent been eating to well. I have been so depressed. I was not looking forward to this day coming. My husband left today for a year to 15 month deployment. I havent been eating like I should. I sometimes would realize that the day had gone by and had not ate nothing. I feel so sad and lost. I know in a month or so things will be okay again. But at this moment I am just sad. Pretty bad the day after Christmas and I feel misrable.

I am so sorry about your husband's deployment right after Christmas. A coworker's husband is home on leave from Iraq and will be returning in a few days. I want you to know I truly appreciate you and your husband's sacrifice! Thank you!

I feel for you but I do appreciate what your husband is giving to our country. It's going to be tough but you strong you can stick it out-use this time to concentrate on you! if you need anything I'm here.

Thanks addmalmom and Jillian04 for your comments. I know things will get better when I get in a routine. It is so fresh right now. But I am feeling better. I am going to focus on me and getting to my goal. I need to start eating right again.Again thanks for your comments and appreciation.
