Notes for Friday 9/15 - got so busy, didn't even snap photos- ate typical sautéed spinach dish w/ grilled chicken, bacon, cheese--probiotic sauerkraut, 3 coffees, small portion of chocolate over the course of the day. Very, very low appetite throughout the day, even after 45 min chest workout w/ trainer. Forced myself to eat 3 eggs in evening for protein.
