Today I eventually decided to have an "off" day, i.e. one day when I eat regularly. I started out eating low-carb (bacon and eggs for breakfast), but after watching "The Hunger Games" (which was really good and I recommend it--they did not butcher the book), my boyfriend and I went to P.F. Changs for lunch. We split some fried wontons (which tasted like fried dough because they were a little sweet), and split two entrees: Mongolian Beef and Crispy Honey Chicken. Of course, we also indulged in rice: mine white, his brown. Afterwards we went shopping for a little and decided to split a Cinnabon. It was sooooo good!
I figured since I had completed 4 weeks of low-carb that I could have this one day, especially since I thought I was going to quit at Day 2 even before I started.
