Yesterday I really went overboard and ate (gorged) my hearts content. My emotions and my board-em got the best of me. This morning I decided to measure my food. I did well for breakfast but during lunch I forgot and had the taste of peanut butter. So while I was making a sandwich for my son I had a scoop or four for me! Mindless eating! Caught! Guilty as charged. So I accept the consequences. Do I beat myself up or learn from it... yet again! Love those growth lessons but when will I ever really get them - calories in means calories added...
I am not sure how to measure peanut butter on a knife while standing...
