Woke up feeling GREAT today :) I really feel like I've got my calorie intake and meal planning down, due to some great feedback and research yesterday. Adding GLA and ALA into my diet today. Already taking CLA and Flax oil. I know these oils help make me feel awesome. The first day of Spring did me well. Excited to get on with the rest of it in a healthy manner :) Woo
