I lost 2.8 pounds last week!!! However, for whatever reason this website says next to my name "losing 4.9 pounds per week" which is not true. It took down my correct weight, so I don't know what is going on there, just a gliche with the site I guess. I definately not losing 4.9 pounds a week.
I do love my meal plan! It works for me to write out a meal plan and to stick with it. I wrote out another for this week, and it's simular to last week's. Here's the plan for today:
Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 pop tart Lunch: lean cuisine pizza, popcorn, 1 cup green beans Dinner: big salad (lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, ff dressing), 15 ore-ida extra crispy tater tots (baked) Snacks: 2 red vines, carrots w/ salsa, 2 girl scout Samoa cookies Exercise: 30 minutes Curves, 30 minutes Gazelle (cardio)
