Half an hour walk first thing this morning, then three quarters of an hour grass cutting. Three quarters of an hour swimming after lunch. Feeling quite virtuous and so far only 500 calories consumed. 16/8 going reasonably well. Unfortunately the watch is going back - far too complicated to programme.
