Well, I'm starting to feel the holiday pressure - deciding not to eat crap. I'm keeping under my points, but not getting my 5 servings of fruits and veggies and my 2 servings of dairy. However, I'm investing in a snazzy new pair of cross country skis - with which I can burn lots of calories and have lots of fun.
