Made it through my birtday by allowing one cheat meal for lunch including a skor brownie for desssert. 75 mins of hot yoga and a steak with greens for dinner with sparkling water no alcohol.
49 days left till the wedding in the dominican and I'm down 4 lbs.
Today is a rest day meaning I'm only doing the 200 sit up challenge, the 100 push up challenge and walking for 1 hour...
