Have done pretty well with the diet over the past few days, but did allow myself to cheat by having a beer at a bbq on Sunday. Otherwise things are going well. Walked 45 mins yesterday, did a good workout (cardio plus weights) today. My husband is going out of town tomorrow and the kids are out of school, so I'll be solo parenting for a few days. That'll make it trickier to get out of the house to do exercise. So, I'll need to get a bit creative about it. :)
Will weigh in again in a couple of days. I think I'm pretty steady since my last weigh in.
