I am noticing a change in my health. A good change mind you. I am not nearly as tired daily, and when I do work, like cleaning, or whatever, I don't feel all tired and worn out. I think it is because I am not loading up on Carbs anymore. I don't eat nearly the Carbs I was eating before finding FS. I hardly ever eat Bread, or anything like that in the Carb items. When I eat Carbs they are Complex Carbs, the kind you get from real whole foods and they are better for us, as far as I can see and read about. I haven't been posting much lately, been a bit busy, but I am controlling my food intake, and eating High Fat, High Protein, Low Carb, daily. I must be doing something right, it is working on giving me energy, and I don't feel the need to eat all the time, and not feel full. So Happy I found this site, even if I am not recording my foods, I am here, not as often as I was, but here, none the less. Thank You Fat Secret!!!
