Well yesterday had about 1500 calories about 25 net carbs , I had more fats and have walked 3o minutes the past 2 days. I've been watching some successful u tubers on low carb diets and I m gonna try keeping my fat intake up more , that's one thing that's difficult for me It's hard to get away from that low fat mentality
