It's suppose to be a beautiful day. Guess it will be time to lace up the shoes and go out for a nice brain clearing, and hopefully re-energizing walk.
I ate way too much yesterday and am paying the price today. Not to mention I am on day two of my medication increase and well have to deal with a few side effects. Oh well, as long as it gets me out of my funk it will be well worth it.
