Day 4
I think the weighing scale showed wrong for my first weigh-ins. I weighed myself on it while standing on a soft thick carpet. I guess the carpet balanced out some weight and so I used the scale on the floor. I believe my new weight in 94.2 kilograms is more reasonable than my previous weigh-in.
I'm thinking of increasing my weight lifting time in the gym from 15 to 30 minutes.
