Last of the cabbage! Leftover chicken my sweetie prepped for us last night wirhth adzuki beans and brown rice in a BBQ-style sauce. I will not be revisiting the beans and rice recipe. It was just ok and not the right kinds of carbs anyway, tbh.

I love red cabbage. I sauté it with ginger and garlic and a little olive or coconut oil. It's delicious.
