weight holding steady, but feeling much better than i have in a long time. however, definitely need to eat more during the day so i don't get dizzy like i did on wednesday. i left work around 3:30 and was spaced out and wobbly. realized i'd eaten nothing but coconut oil and pumpkin seeds all day. it was good to be so focused on work, and i did get a lot done, but my body needs food. today i will be sure to eat.
