Haven't been on for a few days. Ate way too many girl scout cookies over the weekend! Kinda defeats the purpose of jumping on the treadmill for an hour each day! I am my own worse enemy. Well today I've only snacked on some light popcorn, so that's much better than the cookies. Tonight I'm jumping on the treadmill again. I've decided to make it my best friend for a while. An hour a day every day if possible..but at least 5 days a week for sure! I actually enjoy that hour to myself. When you have a 3 month old, an hour by yourself listening to music and working out the stress of the day is something you look forward to! At least I do.
