ARRGGGHHHH!!!!! I am out of control on the weekends. Geez! I have the best of intentions and BOOM! I invitably end up "falling off the wagon", "swaying to the evil side (carbs)", or just not ignoring the whole concept of "portion control"!!!!!!!!!
Perhaps if I worked 7 days a week? Or sewed my lips shut from Friday evening to Monday mornings? Chained my refridgerator and cupboard closed? Or LEARNED SOME SELF CONTROL I might be ok.
I see the Dr. on Wednesday. After the weekend I had it will be a miracle if I am down an ounce.
Ok enough of my whining...I am back in the saddle today. Meals are pre-planned and pre-cooked for today and tomorrow. :)
