Ok, again - I am starting over. It has been so cold in Melbourne lately that I have been eating whatever and whenever I liked. Not great for losing weight.
Trying a combination of 5:2 and LCHF diet. Today I decided to fast and I have worked out my menu for today. I am coming in at just under 500 calories (494 cals I think). The key is to keep busy. I am a shift worker, and I am off today so I slept in until 11.30 am. I got up and had a coffee. I went to the shops and then popped into visit a friend - and had a coffee there.
I am not really hungry now, and it is 4.30 pm. I hope that I will have dinner around 6pm(a chicken salad) and then a hot drink (maybe a decaf coffee) towards 8 pm and then thats it for the day. I believe in myself. I can do this. My first stop is to get under 90 kgs. (Well and truly under). So tired of being in the 90's. Feeling frumpy :(

Just try cutting out cars and sugar. I'm a shift worker and since January I've been on a paleo diet and have dropped 15.9kg I stop eating a 7pm and only drink water. I still have 27kg to go but will succeed.

Wow! Well done! 15.9 kgs is amazing! I need to drop around 25 kgs now, and am trying to stick to around 1200 calories a day, (and on 2 days fasting 500 calories). I gave up soft drink a long time ago, and only drink water now too. I am also trying to eat under 30 grams net carbs a day. A lot to think about but I think its necessary for me to follow this way of life. Yes, you will succeed! Keep up the amazing work!
