Pulled some easy to digest soup out of the freezer. This is miso, and I still have split pea frozen for another day.

Thanks for checking on me! I do feel better. A little cramping but my energy is back. Andddd I was able to eat 1300 calories today, so my appetite is returning, too.

So glad to hear you feel better!!! I hope it continues and you get all your energy back too. Sounds like you may have had something similar to what I had. YOU are worth the the effort to wait until you feel better before getting back into your normal routine!! Feel Better!!!!!
