I am so pleased with how everything is going so far. I love that I feel like I have "enough" of what I need and have had no wild cravings as of yet. Last night, in bed, I was a bit hungry and jumped up and had an apple. I really made a point to savor it, as I am trying to do with everything I eat now. I swear, it was the best darn apple I have had in a long time. Taking care of myself is just feeling so good that I am not missing anything else. I pray a lot...for strength and in gratitude. God is indeed good. :)
