So this morning I thought that I was just going to my regular Friday step class but it so happens that the step instructor was out. We had kickboxing instead. It was fun and a real workout. It was a nice surprise. It really is good to "mix it up" and I'm not usually one to step out of my comfort zone. So I say to ya'll, step out of your comfort zone and exercise in a way that is different and new. Have a great weekend. I'll be outside because it's going to be near 70 here in the ATL.
