Slept well. Woke up at 5am by falling out of bed..?Between the bed and wheelchair and on my shoes. Had aloe infused socks on and kept slipping, and then tried to damage my r eye by sticking the corner of the bedside table into it hard...I was seeing stars...not the way to start the day. Then I went out to the spa, but not to exercise as to try to ease the pain and soreness I had. Went to TOPS and gained 3 pounds. I knew that I had overdone it this last week, so not really surprised. Back to keeping calories between 900-1000 and going to Y at leastv3x weekly.
