Today didn't do as well on diet. Went over 6 points, still have 21 left for the week though. Did meet the treadmill and elliptical challenge of 30 minutes tonight. Did not meet the pedometer challenge. Pedometer reading 10381 burned only 348 calories. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
