OK. Here it is in writing for myself, for Jana, and Tony, if he should ever hop on the website...
Yesterday I wrote up my diet goals, with dates. I have set weight goals for every 4 weeks to coincide with weigh-ins at the doctors. I did it for Tony, too, but it's up to him whether he sticks to it. We should both be back at a healthy weight before the end of the year, if we take this seriously and do what we decided yesterday can be done.

My goals are set at 1kg a week- 31 weeks from now to goal weight. The first step in the plan is to ALWAYS stay under my daily calorie allowance. No more than one day a week slip-ups. The other goal I plan to put into place this week is exercise at least 5 days a week, preferably in the morning.
