One more good day under my belt and I am feeling pretty great. I have to be careful over the next four days though. I have them off from work and it is so much easier and more tempting to indulge at home. I'd like to stick on schedule with 3 meals and one snack/dessert. It seems to be working well for me.
I am grocery shopping today and will be sure to set myself up for success!
