Did not workout yesterday. But did tonight. Met the treadmill and elliptical challenge of 30 minutes each. Did not make the pedometer challenge though. Pedometer reading 12866, burn 422 calories. Will try to make up the missed workout later in the week.

I should wear a pedometer, but it would probably show how little I walk in a day... The life of someone that works behind a desk is not an active life!
