It's weigh in day and I'm afraid to step on the scale! My nose started dripping last night and I woke up with a full blown, upper respiratory thing, fever blister and all. I'm hoping it's just a cold. I thought I had some zinc lozenges in the house, but I can't find them. I'm supposed to have lunch with my friend Ed. (He used to be my case worker before he retired.) I just called to let him know he might not want to come up after all. His phone went to answering machine, so I hope he gets the message in time. Velcro just climbed into my arms and won't let me put him down, so I'm typing with a 20 lb cat draped across my elbows . . . not easy. I'm going to go face the music and weigh in, make some coffee and try to get hold of Ed. Everyone have a great day. I'll be back later. Ta!

Sandy, The cold hit full force. I didn't go to my event in St. Louis this weekend. I hit the fever blister with Campho-Phenique. It's there, but all dried up. I'm so glad to see you. I've missed you. Big hugs back!
