I am trying to keep my calories under 1099 for the day. It makes it alittle harder to work out but that means i am burning more right? BG before breakfast was 130 again took half a unit. BG after breakfast was 136. only 57 days to go! I am so excited. I hope i am not going to start retaining water soon. it is so unmoviating. I am feeling so much better. Can't wait to run today and even more so for when i can run outside! BG after lunch 115!
