I seem to be coming off the plateau. We'll see. Had lunch with a consultant Wednesday. He had lost so much weight (~65lbs) I didn't recognize him coming across the parking lot. He is doing it with exercise and calorie counting. He is using an iPhone app to track/predict. Seems to be pretty good.
