Down a bit and doing well. Went over to a friend’s house for dinner last night and she made a great seafood boil and a special sugarless panna cotta with blueberries dessert for me. Workout today went well – made it 2.875 miles @ 5.5mph today without stopping – paving the way for a full 3 miles next week.
