Damage Report: Up 5 lbs. This is a wake up call!


Now I could list all the stuff that has been going on, but the bottom line is that it doesn't matter. There is no excuse for stress eating. My diet should be a a way of life - on good days, busy days and stressful days.

One thing going for me today is that it should be a slow day at work so I am getting my walk in this noon.

Way to go Buffy...on the walk..I know you felt better..I may get out there and do a little my self..its not too cold and my knee feels pretty good at the moment...Catch you later....:O)

Bren - Very glad to hear your knee is feeling better. Think you were wise in giving it some time - was reading about a lot of unnecessary knee surgeries being done.
