Sort of planned/expected this. It was my birthday during this week so I decided to go a week without counting calories. I also had a big cake to myself on my birthday and the next day went to an all you can eat and didn't hold back haha Back to business now though and counting again, I don't think the lack of counting was much of an issue (I do like knowing how I'm going) but I ate pretty freely.
No regrets it was a good week/end.
