My weight stayed the same - rather disappointing but not surprizing after the weekend I had. Back at it today. I do not see the Dr for two weeks - his last comment to me was "next time I see you I expect you to be down 8 pounds" let's hope I reach that goal!!!

Wow, you would think a doctor would know to have realistic expectations for weight loss. Eight pounds is amazing if your on the Biggest Loser, but for most people that is a lot in two weeks. No matter how much you lose, your doing great.
