So, my fifteenth wedding anniversary was last Thursday. Then, I had to throw a huge Memorial Day cookout for work, that lasted for three days. (I KNOW how to throw a party!) Needless, to say, I decided that calories did not exist this weekend, and ate like a Fat Girl.
Luckily, I didn't do myself too much damage, and got right back on the horse yesterday. Walked 4 miles yesterday, and 6 miles today. Kept my calories and carbs in-line for the most part these last two days. I am also flushing the water out really quickly and plan on being right back on track by the end of the week.
First time I have really gone without tracking for a few days since the end of August last year. I told myself that I am going to be cheat free until July 4th, since I know I am going to be throwing another knock-em dead party!
